About Us

Just Dance has grown since 2004 to include 9 talented, professional dance instructors, who each bring their own expertise and individual flair to the studio; a group of talented artists who are dedicated to bringing the art of dance alive in all of their students.

 

The annual June performance is considered to be one of the best in the area.  With lavish professional backdrops, colorful costuming, well-timed lighting, ingenious props and unbridled imagination, the production is a treat for the senses.  The music is specially chosen each season in an effort to present the audience with an enjoyable and memorable experience.  Many of the pieces performed are themed, inspirational stories told through the dramatic choreography of the dance.

 

The School’s doctrine is well described in a quote by Martha Graham, who is considered the “foremost pioneer of dance in America”... “It’s what I always wanted to do, to show the laughter, the fun and the joy of dance.”

 

Programs are available for ages 3  and up include: Tiny Toes, Introduction to Ballet and Tap, Ballet, Tap, Broadway Style Tap, Straight Jazz, Jazzy Theatre, Lyrical, Pointe, Hip Hop and Mini, Junior and Senior Competition Companies.  In addition, private voice, acting and dance lessons are also available.

 

All students are treated fairly and unlike many other dancing schools, no child is ever turned away from their desire to participate in the Competition Companies of Just Dance.  All that is needed is the desire to be dedicated and work hard at the main core subjects which include BALLET, TAP AND JAZZ.  

 

With proper training your child will experience an amazing activity that will instill in them dedication, teamwork, focus, physical fitness and self-confidence...all invaluable traits that will benefit them for the rest of their lives.
